RxPress is Planned Parenthood's
fast, reliable way to mail your birth
control right to your door. As soon as you
enroll, we begin shipping you a new supply of your
method.

| Who can enroll
in RxPress? |
Any patient using the Pill or the
Patch can
enroll today! If you
aren't using one of these methods and would like
to start, talk with your clinician.

| Do I need to
call & order my birth control? |
No way! When you enroll in
RxPress, Planned Parenthood will automatically
begin shipping your method - no calls required!
|
| How much does
RxPress cost? |
You pay the usual cost of your birth control method plus a $4.00
shipping/handling fee for each shipment. Think of all the time
and money you'll save by having your birth control
mailed directly to you!

| How do I pay
for my shipments? |
You provide us with a credit or
debit card when you sign up. We bill that
card for your method plus the
$4.00 shipping/handling fee as each
shipment is mailed to you. Patients who use
Managed Medicaid plans (Title XIX) are also eligible
to enroll in RxPress.

| What if I
change my birth control method? |
Talk with your clinician about the
best method for you. If you change your
method to another pill or the Patch, we'll ship
your new method in your next scheduled shipment.
|
| What if I lose
my shipment after it is mailed to me? |
Call your local health center and
we'll be glad to send you replacements. You
will be charged the cost of the replacement packs.

| How do I sign
up? |
Print this
enrollment
form and bring it in to your local health
center, or visit your center and ask to sign up
today! Not a PPC patient? Call
1-800-230-PLAN to be connected to the closest
Planned parenthood health center to you!

How do I make changes or cancel my enrollment? |
Need to change your enrollment information (like
mailing address or billing information?

Need to cancel your enrollment in RxPress?

shipments. |
