Directions:
From the South:
Take 1-95 north and get off at exit 27
(downtown Bridgeport/ Lafayette Street). Go
straight off the ramp, and stay to the
right. At the 3rd traffic light,
make a left turn onto Lafayette Street.
At the 4th light,
turn right onto State Street. Go up one block. The center is located on
the corner of State and Broad Streets,
across from the library. There is metered
parking on the street.
From the North:
Take I-95 South and get off at exit 27
(downtown Bridgeport). At the end of the
exit, make a right onto Lafayette Street.
Stay on Lafayette until you come to State
Street. Make a right onto State. The health
center is located on the corner of State and
Broad streets, across from the library.
From Route 8 and 25:
Get off at exit 2 (Fairfield Avenue) and
keep straight off the ramp. Turn left at the
third traffic light onto State Street. The
health center is located on the corner of
State and Broad streets, across from the
library.
